First step to Curtain Bangs
Properly cleaned hair is an absolute must for light and voluminous curtain bangs

Get in to the roots: To achieve bouncy and voluminous curtain bangs, the first step is getting the hair 100% clean. Your hair doesn't produce oil, your scalp does, so be sure to get the shampoo into the roots. This is where a lot of people go wrong, ending up with remains of build up and oil on the scalp - making it close to impossible to achieve light and airy curtain bangs.

Lather up: Apply shampoo in your hands, use your fingertips to lift the hair from the scalp, while running your fingers into the scalp - from all sides. Only use the suds to lather the lengths of the hair.
Always wash your hair twice with shampoo, if the shampoo still does not lather properly in the scalp, shampoo once more.
Cleansing shampoo: Use a cleansing shampoo in addition to your ordinary shampoo about once a week. This removes silicone and styling products that can build up in your hair over time, making it heavy and appearing greasy. When using cleansing shampoo, start your shampooing routine with one round of cleansing shampoo then follow up with a second round of your ordinary shampoo.
Follow up with conditioner, leave it on for 1 to 3 minutes.

Use in wet hair. Take a pea-sized amount and distribute it in your hand, distribute it along the length of the hair and then comb the product out with a wet brush.

Use your blow dryer, or blow drying brush, your hair should be 95% - 100% dry.
While blow drying the front section of your hair, use a brush to comb the hair in different directions; front, back and side to side. This gives you a neutral starting point for styling the hair. Part your bangs in the middle.
